*PLEASE NOTE*- The Registration Fee for this event has been waived for 2008.

Artisans of all venues are invited to participate. Please bring your own table or display shelves,

unless you will be hanging visual art. Registration Forms, including the release of liability form,

must still be completed and delivered to Judi Calhoun prior to the exhibition.

As part of the Stewartstown Day Celebration, the Connecticut River Artist Group will be

organizing and sponsoring an Art in the Park exhibition, featuring the work of area visual artists.

The event is open to anyone who would like to participate. Artists will need to complete and submit the

registration form, along with their non-refundable $15.00 registration fee, no later than July 21st. Participants may drop off their original art work at the CRAG tent, in the park near the Alice M. Ward Memorial Library, between

8:00 and 10:00 AM, the morning of August 2nd.

On arrival, each artist will be assigned a 6' X 6' display area, and should plan to hang and remove their work within the

constrictions of that space in a professional manner. Work should be framed, and ready to hang with a wire hanger.

The sale of any work will be the artist's sole responsibility.

Artists should be prepared to leave their work on exhibit until 3:00 PM, but should make arrangements

to remove their work no later than 4:00 PM. All participating artists will be asked to sign a release of liability,

which will be included with the registration form.

A registration form will be made available for the 2009 Art in the Park event.
